The Assessment

52 Small ChangesCongratulations! Your purchase of 52 Small Changes: One Year to a Happier, Healthier You, means you are embarking on an incredible journey! Before starting the 52 Small Changes Program, I’d like you to take a moment to reflect on where you stand today. Doing so will give you a baseline from which to start the next 52 weeks. To help you establish your baseline, I have developed an online assessment which takes a picture of your health and happiness today. The assessment looks at your lifestyle as it relates to diet and nutrition, fitness and prevention, mental well-being, and green living. At the end of the assessment, you’ll receive a brief summary of where you stand on each of these areas so you have a baseline from which to start the program.

It is important to mention that the assessment is based on things you can control, and not on the things you can’t. Specifically, the questions do not ask about your genetics or medical history, but instead ask questions about your lifestyle choices.

Here’s how to take the Assessment:

  1. From your computer (not your tablet or Kindle – it will NOT WORK through these devices), go to the “52 Small Changes” link on the Sheer Balance Facebook Page
  2. Click “like” if you are not already a fan
  3. On the tab labeled “52 Small Changes” on the Sheer Balance Facebook Page you will then be able to access the assessment

    I was given this book for Chrsitmas from my mother-in-law. I attempt all the time to better my daily life but tend to lose track or give up after a while. Some things stick but others do not. I am looking forward to reading this book and to see how my mind takes it in.
