Wellness Coaching Starter Package: Take the first step to creating the healthy lifestyle you want and deserve!

  • A comprehensive wellness assessment that evaluates your physical and mental wellbeing, and the health of your environment.
  • An analysis of your level of wellness based on the answers you provide.
  • (1) 1/2-hour consultation with Brett Blumenthal – a WELCOA certified wellness professional . During the consult, you’ll understand what areas need improvement, receive recommendations specific to the results of the assessment, and work with Brett to create a path towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
