Sheer Balance workshops can be designed to best meet your organizations’ or groups needs.  Each Health and Wellness workshop is meant to help students learn about important topics of wellness, everything from healthy eating to reaching your goals to creating a life in balance.  Each workshop provides students with key takeaways and practical tools to put what they learn into practice. Balanced Living

Finding Your Ideal Life Balance: 18 Hours
Description: Balanced living seems highly sought after, yet highly unattainable. In truth, a balanced lifestyle isn’t a steady state…it is a constant balancing act. It is a balancing act of work, play, family, friends, health…not to mention…the unpredictable. Further, what might seem like a life in balance to one person may be completely unbalanced to another. This workshop will teach you how to find your OWN personal balance so that you can live a more fulfilled, rewarding and happy life.

  • The three overall components of balance: physical balance, mental balance and environmental balance
  • What factors into each of the three components to achieve a state of balance
