What is Detoxification?
Detox is a systematic approach to assisting your body in removing excess toxins so that it can function effectively and efficiently. Excess can be attributed to exposure to environmental toxins (smoke, pollution, etc.), illness, poor diet, stress, emotional trauma, excesses of drugs and alcohol or even toxins generated within the body itself.

Colonics flush the colon in order to clean it and rid it of toxic buildup.
