Chocolate Pear Protein Shake

Chocolate Pear SmoothieIf you love chocolate, this protein smoothie will have you swooning. Besides being high in fiber and protein, you’ll get a healthy dose of antioxidants as a result of the unsweetened cocoa.


  • 1 Pear
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp raw oats
  • 1 scoop organic whey protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup water


Put in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
