Stress relief is important to the overall health of our bodies. Everything from sleeping to weight loss and even the health of our skin can be attributed to our stress levels. The accepted definition of stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. When we go through stress every function in our body is disrupted.   • B1 (thiamine) – essential for nervous system support, muscular function, and cardiovascular function, all of which are adversely affected by stress
