This week’s video is specific to Week 9: Enjoy Time Alone. This is one of my favorite weeks in the book. Personally, I love spending time alone. It gives me time to think and really reflect on things that are going on in my life. It is amazing how much we can learn about ourselves when we get away from other people and force ourselves to think about the things we need to think about, or relax doing what we love doing. In this episode, I discuss the benefits of spending time alone and share a poll on Facebook that reveals what you, my readers, enjoy the most when you spend time alone.
