This week’s video is specific to Week 3: Stay off the Couch. Staying active is extremely important to our overall wellbeing. When we lead a sedentary lifestyle, however, we increase our risk for disease and health problems, especially as we get older. Incorporating routine activity that goes beyond the gym or exercise, will do wonders for your overall health and keep you youthful in the process.
